We’ll bring this to life for your stakeholders in team playbacks and Show and Tells. We can focus attention on particular features we’ve been iterating, or the full end-to-end service.

Stage One

  • Prepare for building or implementing technical solutions

Stage Two

  • Develop your service’s minimum viable product (MVP)
  • Test deployed code
  • Iterate the service based on qualitative and quantitative user insights
  • Integrate with other digital services
  • Seamlessly integrate with any non-digital aspects of your service

Live

Once the service is live, we’ll continue to learn and adapt the service to meet changing user needs.

This stage involves:

  • scaling your service for higher volume usage
  • continuously learning and understanding evolving user needs
  • iterating and adapting the service to changing user behaviours
  • analysing user behaviour data
  • continuously improving service delivery and deployment practices

We’ll then transition the service over to your in-house team.
